Who we are
We are part of Gruppo Banca Finint, a structured and diversified financial group active in the Italian market across corporate & investment banking, structured finance, asset management, and private banking. Founded in 2016, Gruppo Banca Finint represents the culmination of over 40 years of activity by Gruppo Finanziaria Internazionale, established in 1980 by Enrico Marchi and other partners.
Since 2022, Finint Private Bank, a bank specialized in private banking and wealth management services, has been part of the Group. It manages over €4 billion in assets under management and an equivalent amount in assets under advisory.
Within Finint Private Bank, the Research Office is part of the Institutional Clients Division, which focuses on delivering highly specialized advisory services and access to the bond market.
The Group is also active in Debt Capital Markets (minibonds and specialized lending), structured finance, and the structuring and management of securitization, covered bonds, and other extraordinary finance operations. It supports companies and the real economy through initiatives like basket bonds.
Our offering is completed by: Finint Investments, the asset management company active in both mutual and real estate funds; Finint Revalue, active since 1989, specializing in the acquisition, management, and recovery of non-performing loans (NPLs).
Gruppo Banca Finint is headquartered in Conegliano (TV), with offices in Milan, Rome, and Trento.
